Construction companies can be prosecuted for operating in war zones

The question that begs to be answered in this article is whether construction and engineering companies can be liable to prosecution under international law because of their operations in conflict or war zones for crimes against humanity and abuse of human rights. I will also draw the nexus between business operations and parental liability under the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human rights.
